Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 15 min | Tier: All Plans
A custom domain gives your DreamFlow-powered pages (booking pages, forms, help center) a professional look with your own brand URL instead of a generic DreamFlow subdomain.
crm.yourcompany.com).Add these records at your DNS provider:
crm) to the target DreamFlow provides (e.g., custom.dreamflowcrm.com).Note
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though most providers update within 15 minutes. DreamFlow will check automatically and notify you when verification is complete.
DreamFlow automatically provisions a free SSL certificate for your custom domain once DNS verification passes. No manual action needed -- HTTPS is enabled automatically.
Tip
Use a subdomain like crm.yourcompany.com rather than your apex domain. Subdomains use CNAME records which are simpler to configure and more reliable for custom domains.
