Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Connecting Gmail lets you send, receive, and track emails without leaving DreamFlow. Every email you send from DreamFlow appears in your Gmail Sent folder, and incoming replies land in your DreamFlow inbox automatically.

Before You Start

A Google account with Gmail enabled
Admin or Owner role in your DreamFlow workspace
Pop-ups allowed for accounts.google.com in your browser

Step-by-Step Setup

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your DreamFlow dashboard.
Find the Gmail card and click Connect.
A Google sign-in window will appear. Choose the Google account you want to connect.
Review the permissions DreamFlow requests:
- Read, compose, and send email -- allows DreamFlow to sync your inbox and send on your behalf.
- Manage labels -- lets DreamFlow organize synced emails into labels.
Click Allow to grant access. You will be redirected back to DreamFlow.
Once connected, you will see a green Connected badge next to Gmail.

Tip

If the Google sign-in window does not appear, check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups for accounts.google.com.

Configure Two-Way Sync

After connecting, configure how emails sync between Gmail and DreamFlow:

Go to Settings > Integrations > Gmail > Sync Settings.
Choose your sync direction:
- Two-way sync (recommended) -- emails sent from DreamFlow appear in Gmail, and Gmail replies appear in DreamFlow.
- DreamFlow to Gmail only -- outbound emails sync to Gmail Sent, but inbound Gmail is not pulled in.
Set your sync frequency. Real-time is recommended for most users.
Click Save Settings.

Once Gmail is connected, you can send emails from any contact record:

Open a contact and click the Email tab.
Compose your message. Your connected Gmail address appears as the sender.
Click Send. The email is delivered through Gmail and tracked in DreamFlow.

Note

Email open and click tracking is available on all plans. DreamFlow adds a tiny tracking pixel to outbound emails unless you disable it in Settings > Email > Tracking.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Connection expired: Google OAuth tokens expire periodically. Go to Settings > Integrations > Gmail and click Reconnect.
Permission denied: Make sure you clicked "Allow" on all requested permissions. You may need to remove DreamFlow from your Google account's third-party app access and reconnect.
Emails not syncing: Check that two-way sync is enabled and your sync frequency is set to real-time.
