Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Forms Not Receiving Submissions

If your DreamFlow forms are not receiving submissions, the issue is usually with the form's publish status, the embed code on your website, or domain settings.

Common Causes

Form not published -- The form exists in DreamFlow but has not been published yet.
Embed code missing or outdated -- The form embed on your website is incorrect or uses an old version.
Domain not verified -- If using a custom domain, form submissions may be blocked.
Form limits reached -- Your plan may have a maximum number of published forms.
Browser or network issues -- The visitor's browser may be blocking the form submission.

How to Fix

1. Verify form is published

Go to Marketing > Forms.
Find your form and check its status. It should show Published (green).
If it shows Draft, open the form editor and click Publish.

2. Update embed code

Open the form in DreamFlow and click Share / Embed.
Copy the latest embed code.
Replace the old embed code on your website with the new one.
Clear your website's cache after updating.

3. Check domain settings

If using an embedded form on a custom domain, go to Settings > Custom Domain.
Verify the domain is active and verified.

4. Check form limits

Go to Settings > Billing > Usage.
Check your published form count against your plan limit.
Unpublish unused forms or upgrade to increase your limit.

Tip

Test your form by submitting it yourself in an incognito/private browser window. This rules out caching and extension interference.
