DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Email Connections - DreamFlow Help

Connecting your email account lets you send emails from your real email address directly inside DreamFlow, and automatically syncs incoming replies to your contact timeline. This is separate from your sending domain setup — connections are per-user, while the sending domain is org-wide.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Email Connections.
Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
A popup will open for Google or Microsoft authentication. Sign in and grant DreamFlow permission to send and read emails.
Once connected, your email address appears in the Connected Accounts list with a green checkmark.
When composing emails in Communicate > Inbox, you can choose which connected account to send from using the From dropdown.
Incoming replies to emails sent from DreamFlow are automatically threaded on the contact’s timeline.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Email Connections.
Click the Disconnect button next to the account. Existing synced emails remain in DreamFlow but no new emails will sync.

Each team member should connect their own email account. This lets your team send from their personal addresses while DreamFlow tracks all conversations centrally.
