DreamFlow uses a four-level role hierarchy to control access across your workspace. Each role builds on the one below it, so higher roles inherit all permissions from lower roles.
| Role | Level | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | 4 (highest) | Full control including billing, data deletion, and ownership transfer |
| Admin | 3 | Full operational control. Cannot access billing or transfer ownership |
| Manager | 2 | Manages contacts, deals, campaigns, and tasks. Cannot change settings or team |
| Member | 1 (lowest) | Works with assigned records. Read-only for most settings |
