Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Pipelines (your visual sales process) let you see every deal at a glance and move them through stages — from first contact to closed-won. They keep your team aligned on where each opportunity stands.

Steps

Navigate to CRM > Pipelines from the sidebar.
Click Create Pipeline. Give it a name like “Sales Pipeline” or “Onboarding.”
DreamFlow creates default stages (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost). Rename, reorder, or add stages to match your actual process.
Click Add Deal inside any stage column. Enter the deal name, value, expected close date, and link a contact.
Drag and drop deals between stages as they progress. The pipeline view updates in real time.
Click a deal card to open the Deal Detail Page for notes, activity, and linked contacts.

You can create multiple pipelines for different processes — one for sales, another for hiring, another for partnerships. Each pipeline has its own stages and deals.
