Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Set Up Your First Automation

Automations (rules that trigger actions without manual work) save you hours each week. Instead of manually following up with every new contact, DreamFlow can send a welcome email, assign a task, add a tag, or move a deal — all automatically.

Steps

Navigate to Tools > Automations from the sidebar.
Click Create Automation. Give it a descriptive name like “Welcome New Contacts.”
Choose a Trigger — the event that starts the automation. For example:
- Contact Created — fires when a new contact is added
- Status Changed — fires when a contact’s status updates
- Tag Added — fires when a specific tag is applied
Add one or more Actions that execute when the trigger fires:
- Send Email — choose a template or write inline
- Create Task — assign a follow-up to a team member
- Add Tag — categorize the contact automatically
- Add to Sequence — enroll in a multi-step email sequence
Optionally add Conditions to filter which contacts run through the automation (e.g., only contacts tagged “VIP”).
Click Activate to turn the automation on. It runs in the background from now on.

Start simple. A single trigger with one action (like “Contact Created → Send Welcome Email”) is enough to see immediate value. You can add more actions and conditions later.
