Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Companies (also called Organizations) group related contacts under a single entity. This lets you track company-level deals, see all contacts at a company in one place, and understand your revenue per account.

Creating a Company

Navigate to a Contact Detail page and click the company name link (if set), or click + Add Company if no company is linked.
Fill in the Company Name, Industry, Website, and any custom fields.
Click Save. The company record is created and the contact is automatically linked.

Company Detail Page

The company detail page shows:

Company Info — name, industry, website, size, and custom fields
Linked Contacts — all people associated with this company
Deals — all deals involving this company across your pipelines
Activity Timeline — combined activity from all linked contacts (emails, calls, notes, tasks)
Revenue Summary — total deal value (won, open, lost) for this company

Linking Contacts to Companies

Open the Contact Detail page.
In the Company field, type the company name. DreamFlow shows matching companies.
Select the company, or click Create New to add a new one.
The contact now appears in the company’s Linked Contacts list.

When importing contacts via CSV, include a “Company” column. DreamFlow auto-creates company records and links contacts during import.
