Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Adding contacts is the first step in building your CRM. You can create them one at a time through the form, use Quick Create from anywhere in the app, or import in bulk from a CSV file.

Steps

Go to CRM > Contacts and click Add Contact.
Fill in Full Name and Email (required). Add phone, company, industry, and website as needed.
Set the Status, Timeline (ASAP, 30 Days, Exploring), and toggle Budget Ready if applicable.
Add any Tags to categorize the contact (e.g., “VIP,” “Event Lead”).
Click Save to create the contact. You will be redirected to the contact detail page.

Editing a Contact

Click any contact row in the list — or click the Edit icon on hover.
Update any field on the detail page. Changes save automatically when you click Save.
All edits are recorded in the Activity Log at the bottom of the detail page.

Tip

Use the Quick Create button (the “+” in the top bar) to add a contact from any page in DreamFlow without navigating away.
