Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step when you sign in. Even if someone has your password, they cannot access your account without the code from your authenticator app.

Setting Up 2FA

Navigate to Settings > Security.
Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and scan the QR Code displayed on screen.
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify the setup.
DreamFlow displays Recovery Codes. Save these in a secure place — they let you regain access if you lose your authenticator device.
Click Confirm. 2FA is now active on your account.

Signing In with 2FA

Enter your email and complete the normal sign-in flow.
When prompted, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
If you do not have your device, click Use Recovery Code and enter one of your saved recovery codes.

Disabling 2FA

Go to Settings > Security.
Click Disable 2FA.
Enter your current authenticator code to confirm.

Warning

Store your recovery codes somewhere safe (password manager, printed copy in a secure location). If you lose both your authenticator device and recovery codes, you will need to contact support to regain access.
