Are there contracts or hidden fees?

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Tax reports require a Scale tier subscription or higher.

Tax reports summarize your revenue by period — monthly, quarterly, or annually — in a format ready for your accountant or tax software. They pull from your invoicing and deal data to give you an accurate picture of recognized revenue.

Generating a Tax Report

Navigate to Analytics > Tax Reports in the sidebar.
Select the reporting period:
- Monthly: Revenue broken down by month.
- Quarterly: Q1-Q4 summaries.
- Annual: Full year totals.
Select the date range (e.g., "2025 Full Year" or "Q1 2026").
The report shows:
- Gross revenue: Total invoiced or collected amounts.
- Refunds/credits: Any reversals or credits applied.
- Net revenue: Gross minus refunds.
- By category: Revenue breakdown by product/service type if applicable.

Exporting

Click Export CSV to download the data as a spreadsheet.
Click Export PDF for a formatted report you can share with your accountant.

Important

Tax reports are based on your DreamFlow invoicing and deal data. If you process payments outside DreamFlow (e.g., cash, checks, external invoicing), those amounts will not appear here. Reconcile with your accounting software for complete tax records.
