Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Email sequences require a Business tier subscription or higher.

Triggers determine how contacts enter a sequence. Conditions filter who qualifies. Exit rules determine when someone should be removed. Together, they give you precise control over your automated outreach.

Enrollment Triggers

A trigger is the event that starts the sequence for a contact:

Manual enrollment: You manually add contacts from the contacts list or a contact profile.
Form submission: A contact submits a specific form on your website.
Tag added: A contact receives a specific tag (e.g., "Demo Requested").
Pipeline stage change: A deal moves to a specific stage (e.g., "Proposal Sent").
Segment membership: A contact matches a dynamic segment's conditions.

Enrollment Conditions

Conditions are optional filters applied on top of triggers:

Source: Only enroll contacts from a specific source (e.g., "Website" or "Referral").
Tag: Only enroll contacts with (or without) a specific tag.
Not already in sequence: Prevent duplicate enrollment. This is enabled by default.

Exit Rules

Exit rules automatically remove contacts from the sequence:

Reply detected: Contact replies to any email in the sequence (enabled by default).
Meeting booked: Contact books a meeting through your calendar link.
Deal won: The associated deal is marked as won.
Manual removal: You can always remove a contact manually from the sequence dashboard.

Tip

Always enable "Reply detected" as an exit rule. Sending automated emails after a contact has already replied creates a poor experience.
