Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Team Chat keeps your internal conversations inside DreamFlow — no need to switch to Slack or Teams. Discuss deals, share files, coordinate on campaigns, and get real-time updates without leaving your CRM.

Getting Started

Click Team Chat in the sidebar (under Tools).
Your workspace starts with default channels: #general, #sales, #support, and #activity.
Click any channel to view and send messages.

Channels

Create a channel: Click + New Channel, enter a name and description, choose Public (visible to all) or Private (invite only).
Join a channel: Click Browse Channels to see all public channels you can join.
Leave a channel: Right-click the channel name and select Leave Channel.
#activity channel: An automatic feed of CRM events — new deals, won deals, completed tasks. It is read-only and updates in real time.

Direct Messages

Click + New Message above the channel list.
Search for and select one or more team members.
Start typing. DMs are private to the participants.

Threads, Mentions, and Reactions

Threads: Hover over a message and click the thread icon to reply in a thread. Keeps discussions organized.
@mentions: Type @name to notify a specific person. They will see a badge on the channel.
Reactions: Hover over a message and click the emoji icon to add a reaction.
File sharing: Click the attachment icon or drag and drop files into the message box.

Tip: Use the #activity channel to stay on top of team wins. When a deal is closed, everyone sees it instantly — great for morale.
