Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Filter by any contact property:

Text fields: "Company contains 'Tech'" or "City equals 'New York'"
Number fields: "Deal value greater than 5000"
Date fields: "Created after Jan 1, 2026" or "Last activity within 30 days"
Tags: "Has tag 'VIP'" or "Does not have tag 'Unsubscribed'"
Dropdown/Status: "Status is 'Qualified'" or "Industry is 'Healthcare'"

Activity-Based Conditions

Filter by what contacts have done:

Email activity: "Opened email in last 14 days" or "Clicked link in campaign X"
Form activity: "Submitted form Y" or "Has not submitted any form"
Page visits: "Visited pricing page" (requires tracking pixel)
Engagement score: "Score above 50" for highly engaged contacts

AND/OR Logic

AND: All conditions must be true. "Industry is Healthcare AND Deal value > $5,000" returns only healthcare contacts with large deals.
OR: Any condition can be true. "Industry is Healthcare OR Industry is Finance" returns contacts in either industry.
Nested groups: Combine AND and OR for complex targeting: "(Industry is Healthcare OR Finance) AND (Deal value > $5,000)".
