If changes you make on one device are not appearing on another, the issue is usually with browser caching, session state, or network connectivity.
Force a full reload to bypass the browser cache:
Ctrl + Shift + RCmd + Shift + RThis reloads the page from the server, not from the browser cache.
If data is still stale after a hard refresh:
Tip
Changes to contacts, deals, and tasks sync in real-time. If you are not seeing updates within a few seconds, the issue is almost always a cached page or network problem on the receiving device.
