Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Appearance Settings

Navigate to Communicate > Chat and click the Widget tab.
Customize the following:
- Primary color: The main color of the chat bubble and header. Enter a hex code or use the color picker.
- Widget position: Bottom-left or bottom-right of the page.
- Welcome message: The greeting visitors see when they first open the widget.
- Offline message: What visitors see when your team is not available.
Click Save Changes to apply.

Proactive triggers automatically open the widget to engage visitors who might need help.

Go to the Settings tab in Chat.
Toggle Proactive Trigger on.
Configure the trigger conditions:
- Time delay: Open the widget after X seconds on the page.
- Scroll depth: Open the widget after the visitor scrolls X% of the page.
Write a custom trigger message — something friendly and contextual like "Have questions about our pricing?"
