How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Automation Not Triggering - DreamFlow Help

If an automation you created is not firing when expected, check these common causes to get it running again.

Common Causes

Automation is inactive -- The automation may be paused or in draft mode.
Trigger conditions not met -- The event occurred but did not match all conditions in your trigger.
Monthly usage limit reached -- Automation actions count toward your plan's usage limits.
Circuit breaker activated -- DreamFlow pauses automations that generate too many errors to protect your account.
Timing or delay issues -- Scheduled or delayed actions may not have executed yet.

How to Fix

1. Check automation status

Go to Tools > Automations.
Find your automation and check its status badge:
- Active (green) -- running normally.
- Paused (yellow) -- manually paused or paused by usage limits.
- Draft (gray) -- never activated.
If paused or draft, click the automation and toggle it to Active.

2. Verify trigger conditions

Open the automation and review the trigger step.
Check all filter conditions. For example, if your trigger is "Contact created where source = website", make sure the contact's source field actually contains "website".
Test by creating a record that matches all conditions exactly.

3. Check usage limits

Go to Settings > Billing > Usage.
If automation actions are at 100%, the system pauses all automations to prevent overages.
Purchase additional credits or wait for the next billing cycle.

4. Reset circuit breaker

If an automation produced 10+ consecutive errors, DreamFlow activates a circuit breaker to prevent spam:

Open the automation and check the Error Log tab.
Fix the underlying issue (e.g., missing email template, invalid recipient).
Click Reset & Reactivate to clear the circuit breaker.

Important

Fix the root cause before resetting the circuit breaker. If the same error keeps occurring, the circuit breaker will activate again.
